List creation endpoint roadmap

Hello, I'm the CTO of InEvent and we are partners of Marketo. A feature that is a must-have for our customers is an integration with Marketo that, whenever they create a new event in our platform, our system automatically creates a list in a specific folder for that event, and all leads are synchronised both ways.

Currently Marketo does not offer an API for list creation (the website uses 'leadDatabase/createList' internal endpoint).

Do you have a roadmap for this endpoint? If not, is there a way to workaround this? Maybe by creating a campaign or something?
