I'm trying to get a List of Leads who Clicked Link in Email AND Filled Out Form on Same Day (or within a certain time frame).

You didn't mention that piece of critical information.  In that case, that's not possible.  I have seen - in other platforms - a visual that shows the amount of engagement over time (after the send) and who those people are:

In fact, some will even show you how your audience engages in real time (kind of corny, I agree, but interesting nonetheless):

Okay, thanks so much for the response. This would work if I wanted to just see a specific day I sent an email. But I'm looking for all leads who opened and filled out a form within 24 hours for all emails in 2015.
