Live event with registration approval

Hey guys

I'm setting up a live event where we want to gate registrations to restrict the number attending from each organisation.  When someone fills in the event registration form (Marketo form on Marketo Landing Page) their event status is set as "pending" and we receive an alert so we can check them out before approving registration.

Has anyone done something similar? Can the event status be updated in the lead record? I'm not having any luck so far...

Hi Vivre,

That's a common need. Click on the program itself, then on the "members" tab. The leads will show up and you will be able to filter them by member status and also change their status as you want (to registered/confirmed or to dismissed). Pay attention that the status changes you will be entitled to do depends on a correct setup of the status order in the channel.
