My name is Amy Chiu. I recently joined Adobe on the Adoption & Retention Marketing team, and I’m excited to share that I will be supporting customers like you by developing and refining our programs that help you make the most out of Marketo Engage.
I’m conducting research to better understand how Marketo Engage admin users learn to use the product, and how you educate your colleagues in the organization to adopt the product. I would love to hear your thoughts on what's working well, and what hurdles you have been facing.
