Make SSO available for Event App

Currently SSO is not available for the Event App and users can only access it if SSO is getting bypassed for them, meaning that they will be able to access from desktop without SSO as well. So we either give up on security and the users can use the event app or keep the security we would like to have but then users are not able to use the app. 
We would really like to see SSO implemented in the App.
