Manage subscriptions for notifications

We can manage our subscriptions for Smart Lists and Reports in 'Marketing Activities', 'Database' and 'Analytics' respectively tabs.
However, Marketo Engage does not have a UI to manage subscriptions for notifications.

It would be great if you could manage subscriptions for notifications from Marketo UI.
