Marketable Contacts

Hello,

Does anyone have or found any information on Marketable Contacts in the lead database screen.

The number seems to fluctuate, not agree with real life and doesnt refresh?

I have a different way to calculate marketable contacts and cant seem to get the numbers to match.

This morning I have lost around 16000 marketable contacts overnight?

Just wondered if anyone trusts or knows much about this figure?

Hi Mark,

You should be able to force a refresh on the Marketable Leads dashboard by clicking on the date in the top right corner of the dashboard.  I have been noticing some odd behavior in that dashboard recently.  If forcing the refresh by clicking the date doesn't help, I would recommend reaching out to support.

    Hi Mark

    I asked the same question a while ago...

    This is the way Marketo calculate Marketable leads:

    Marketable Leads: The number of all-time leads for the workspace, minus the following:

    • leads without an email address,
    • leads whose email has hard bounced,
    • leads that are blacklisted,
    • leads that have unsubscribed,
    • leads currently set to Marketing Suspended.
