Marketing Calendar with Upcoming Emails

When you have many campaigns running, it can be difficult to know which emails will be delivered on what day. I'd like to see a calendar, like that in Outlook, showing which emails will go out at what time on each day.

That will make it easier to avoid overlapping emails and spot gaps in communication.

    We continue to get bitten by future scheduled blasts.  We plan ahead, and then calendars change, but our eagerness to get ahead leaves these blasts scheduled.  Two times in the last two months we have sent two emails in one day to over 100k people.  This would never happen if we just had a simple page or tab that showed scheduled blasts.  It is too easy to lose track of something that is scheduled.  It would even be really east to schedule something accidentally.  It should be very simple to see what is going to leave your system on a daily basis.  It looks like this has been an open idea for quite some time.  Any movement/eta/or ideas how to get this in another way?

    Alex great idea! I think it would be even better if the calendar included planned CTAs, an "ideas section" for future campaigns, and multiple views for campaigns/tasks.     Just heard that this is going to be NEXT SUMMER (2012). Not what I expected for a feature that has 960 votes.

    Any more information on when this feature is going to be out??? This seems to be a major gap in the product. Trying to manage this in a spread sheet with mulitple contributors is really a pain in the neck.

    Hi there,

    Any update on a Campaign Calendar for Marketo?

    I've been considering the Campaign Calendar from Bracket Labs for Salesforce - http://bracketlabs.com/campaign-calendar but obviously this is pretty high level and wouldn't necessarily give me all email delivery schedules etc or maybe it could!?

    I was asking about the same thing.  we don't want to use SharePoint, outlook or google for various reasons.  would love the calendar in marketo to save steps of seeing all campaigns in one place and when they are going to go out.  I want to be able to export/share this calendar with others in my company, too!

    This would be really great. Running multiple campaigns with a simple excell sheet is becoming way too difficult. I am voting for it!
