Marketing suspend account questions
I want to ensure a certain account doesn't receive any of our marketing emails, but I don't want to remove them from our database, so I've created a campaign to change the marketing suspended data value for their records to true.
Do I need to do anything else (if they are in the flow of a nurture or program do I need to remove them from the flow/pause as well)?
Is that permanent unless I manually change it back?
