Does anyone else have this same environment / set-up and found a solution for Marketo and D-CRM to play nice together?

Our custom D-CRM is set-up with 1:many people records and Marketo is set-up with 1:1 people records (as it should be).

*If you start a virtual user group for Dynamics CRM with Marketo (like Paul had in past), please let me know.
