Marketo ABM to auto sync leads and convert to contacts

Hi Marketo Community,

Does Marketo ABM provides functionality to 

1) Automatically Deduplicate accounts in Marketo and sync those updates in CRM 

2) Automatically convert leads mapped to named accounts to contacts in CRM

As far as my understanding , these features are not there in ABM yet. What are the Best ways/tools we can achieve above use case . we need the auto update feature sync we follow contact only model in salesforce
