Marketo and MS Dynamics - what's is your experience?

If you're coming from Marketo - Salesforce native integration, you'll feel many of the features present in it are missing in the Marketo-MSD integration.

Some of the differences b/w Marketo's integration with SFDC and MSD off the top of my head are below:

• The latest Program Member Field custom sync isn't supported with the MSD integration, and also the native Program-Campaign sync isn't available too. You can use Add to/Remove from MSD Campaign flow steps with trigger campaigns. Still, there's a caveat with that as well - you can only remove people from an MSD campaign if they were added it by using the Marketo flow step in the first place.
• Although available in SFDC integration, users don't usually convert people from Marketo, but with MSD, you don't have the option to convert people from Marketo in the first place.
• If you use Dynamic Chat and MSI, Dynamic chat activities are synced and visible in the MSI panel in the SFDC, but they are not synced and visible in the MSI panel in case of the MSD sync.

This list is not exhaustive, if you go through the resources below, I'm sure you'll find more things that are possible/supported in the Marketo - SFDC integration but aren't in the Marketo - MSD integration.
