Marketo app links won't open

Hi guys,

To work in Marketo we use the URL"app-lon06.marketo.com/" and some times the users sends links each other to show their work. But when they try to share assets, the link has this format "eu-lon06.marketodesigner.com/m?explictHostname=app-lon06.marketo.com#EMEXXX&aisPreview".

That format ask us to log in again and if we try to to that, it says that is not found. So basically we had to share the Program name and the Asset name, so Marketo users can find it and see it.

Why is this happening and how can we solve it please?

Please share the Program Link in spite of sharing the preview version of the assets. It is a standard issue of marketo that preview link are not opened. Best practice is to share the program link and assets link.
