Marketo CDO Web Service (MKTOWS) errors

Hi,

My Web Service calls to 'paramsSyncCustomObjects' service are failing. I am getting a HTTP 0 null, Socket timed out exception.

How to find these errors in Marketo. Can marketo be slow at times that it takes too long to process a request.
