Is the only available testing time once a year during Summit? I won't be able to take the certification exam at that time, but wondered if it were possible to take it later in the year. I haven't been able to find anything on University that explains how to request a different testing date.

You can take the test any time at home - you'll need an external webcam that the assessment provider uses to watch your workspace while you take the test.
