Marketo Custom Activities Fields to Lead Fields

Is there any way to populate Marketo Custom Activities Field to Lead Fields? Below is a screenshot of fields that I have under Custom Activities in Marketo. The values in these fields are only visible by going to the Activity Log and clicking on the individual activity. Is there any way to populate the values from these fields, let's say, ConversationURL, to a Lead field, so I can use it as a token, be able to export it, etc?
