Marketo Engage A11Y for Forms and Pages

I wish to update the HTML/CSS associated with Marketo Engage templates for forms, email and pages. Is this possible? If so, what are the steps? Specifically, I need to address ARIA, visual focus indicators, tab order, etc. Thank you very much.
