Marketo Event Check-in App - Event Not Showing

We were hoping to use the marketo events app for check-in, but our event is not showing up. We have mobile registration set up for the channel and it's set to the events/roadshow channel. We created the event about a month out from the actual date - wondering if that has anything to do with it? Suggestions welcome!

Hi Meahgan,

You are right - events only show up is they are within one week of today's date. Check People into Your Event from Your Tablet - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

Thanks Alex - we got it fixed when we scheduled the event since it was defaulting to the created date.
