Marketo Form checkbox not unchecking

Hi @chloerollock - It would be great if you can post the URL to the page where the form is hosted. It will help us to find the exact issue. 

First of all, edit the Form and make it unchecked, and then approve, and see if it works. If not, then delete it and create a new field with the same logic. 

still not solved then need to check it at backend... 

1. It's possible that the unchecked state is not being properly saved or updated in the form's data model.

2. Test the form approval process under different scenarios to identify any specific conditions that may be causing the issue. This could help pinpoint the root cause of the problem.

Can you post a link to a page with the form on it for troubleshooting? 

Do you mean that the checkbox doesn't uncheck on the page or that when the checkbox is unchecked that it doesn't carry thru to the lead record as "unchecked"?
