Hi All,

 

One of my team member has asked to reset the marketo user login as the link he received has expired, I am unable to  (I have admin access) edit the user and reset the password.

I get this message -users in pending state cannot be edited. Please help to fix this.

I agree with Darshil. Please try deleting and then recreating the same user.

Marketo doesn't allow resetting pw for the user who has not yet accepted their invitation (i.e., is in "pending" state). I usually Delete and re-invite the user in such cases. Also, after you delete a user, at times it takes a few minutes to clear it out of the backend, so if you get a message that the user is already in use, just wait for a few minutes and try adding the user again.
