If you are also using Interesting Moments in combination with your CRM, you could include the most recent Interesting Moment in an email alert and then link to the record in your CRM for them to see all Interesting Moments in the MSI widget...or change the email alert to be a CRM task that automatically is associated with the records where they can see the latest Interesting Moments. 

You can’t look back at past Interesting Moments, but you can potentially append the same data you’re writing to Interesting Moments to an ongoing history field — that is, a Textarea field — together with the timestamp.

Then that history field can be parsed and formatted in an email using Velocity, for example to include the past 3 interesting things that happened to a person.
