Marketo + On24 Sync to New Program

Hello!

Our team is in the midst of unifying instances and we are trying to figure out what to do with webinar replays from On24. My question is if we use the same On24 credentials in the new instance, is it possible to sync an existing webinar from the old instance that is in the replay stage (uses the member.webinar url token) to a new program that we've created in the new instance?
