Marketo - Out of office | Soft Bounces

Hi there,

 

Trying to confirm if Marketo flags an OOF as a soft bounce (My understanding of the current functionality is that it does not?)

IMO, Marketo does log the soft bounced activity when it receives the automatic replies back from recipient's mail server. It's logged as “Vacation/Auto-Reply” soft bounce. You can check out this thread for more details around this.

Thanks for the quick response.

In the example I'm looking at under Activity log for the person it says email delivered and not Bounced.

Is there another place to look?

The soft bounced activities should get logged in the person's activity log first, at times it may take some time for it to get logged.
