Marketo Overwriting SFDC Field Updates

I am currently trying to update the lead score on a group of contacts from SFDC and while I am successful in doing this from a dataload, when Marketo and SFDC sync for the first time after the change the old value is brought back by Marketo. 

 

Is it possible to push these updates from SFDC or can they only be made from Marketo?

Marketo Score type fields are meant to only be updated in Marketo.  You can use an Integer, though, then use that to hard-set the Score in a Change Data Value.
