Marketo Person Batch Sync Errors to Salesforce

Over the past few months, we have experienced a spike in the Batch failures pushing updates from the Marketo Person object to the Salesforce Lead object.  The error details state that there was an issue with a Salesforce flow.  The primary problem is that these errors are occurring on Flows that have been active for several years.  The error is only respective of a small number of records and possibly just one however, the entire batch containing large numbers of records is not allowed to proceed.

Other people are experiencing this, per this recent support post.

Marketo support has informed me several times that this is an issue with our Salesforce instance but evidence suggests otherwise.  

Post to draw attention to this issue in the hopes of immediate remedy.
