Marketo Poll Results - How to send report?

Hello, 

So I made a poll and subsequently, a landing page for that poll, and included it in an email that I sent out to clients. Now, from the report of said poll, it says 21 people filled out the form. I want to see the answers that those 21 people submitted in. How do I see that report of the results of the poll? Can fields in the poll be edited or customized? If a person fills out a form, can the answers to that individual form be sent to my email for monitoring purposes? I badly need help asap, please. Thank you!
