Marketo Program registration report errors

Hi there, does anyone know any reason why marketo registration report would leave someone off even though they filled out a registration form? I checked the logic/filters and they're setup correctly.

In your smart list did you include the referring page URL (if it's a global form). If so, did you use the "contains" or "is" constraint? This one got me at one point in the past. Once I changed the constraint to "Contains" it then captured everyone that filled out the form!

    Are you trying to create a SL in Marketo to find out the people who filled out the registration form? Can you share the SL setup so we can have a look? Also - is the form on a Marketo LP or embeded on an external webpage? Based on this you'd want to use the apt constraint (Webpage/Referrer ) in the filled out form filter.
