Marketo Sales Insight Email Preview

Hi there,

We have Marketo Sales Insight syncing with our Salesforce instance. Our Sales team want to be able to preview emails via Sales Insight with the dynamic content against the specific contact? Specifically, we have a statement that is populated by data within Marketo against a lead - previewing the email via Sales Insight provides no information the Sales team need to see.

Is this a possibility? Alternatively, are there any work-arounds people have come across?

HI Veronica,

No, unfortunately, there is no workaround this. Similarly, tokens will not be rendered either.

I am not even sure that the dynamic content will work in an MSI email. This needs to be tested. Because basically, and MSI email can be edited by the sales person. I do not see how this would be compatible with the change of a section of the email on sending it.
