Is there any way to add accounts to a Watchlist using MSI for Salesforce Lightning, or are you only able to add individual Leads and Contacts? Is there any way to add it to Salesforce Classic if it is not available in Lightning? When will this functionality be available for Lightning?

It is possible to add all your contacts from an account or an opportunity to watchlist using the actions drop down available in the Account panel. Similar to the lead actions dropdown that has "Add to Watchlist", we now have this option available in account panel as well. All you need to do is upgrade to the latest version of MSI to use this feature (1.56 or higher)
