Marketo sales insights - email tab

Hi everyone -

Can anyone point me in the direction of documentation for Marketo sales insight? I am looking at some records and some have the boxes checked for open and clicked. Then some have only the box checked for click, and then there's a check + for some? Just trying to understand what this means.

Marketo Sales Insight - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

This is where all the Sales Insight Product Docs are located at.

If you hover over the check boxes in the Email tab of Sales Insight it should give you some hover text help.

Thanks for the help, Josh! I couldn't find the info you stated in those docs even after looking several times.

Do you know why some will have check marks for both open and clicked yet some have only clicked?

The way that Marketo registers the opens is based on an image being downloaded.  This isn't always registered so you may see situations where there will be a click without having an open.
