Marketo SC Trigger Campaigns suddenly not Working

Hi Community,

I probably should post this for Support. But just want to share the problem we are having today.

Previous set up Marketo trigger campaigns is not working. Everything stopped (from Activity log) after Lead filled out form. For example, we have SCs previously set up listen to "Form Filled out" action. After filled out the form, lead will receive confirmation email and "sync to sfdc campaign" will be triggered as well.  They all working fine, but stopped working today. I have to go "Deactivate" trigger campaigns and "Re-activated" SC to make them working again. Just want to share and to see if anyone having the same issue today.
