Marketo should provide the block fields update information while downloading all fields.

Although, Marketo provides the leverage to export details of all fields on a single click where we can see the data type, API names of all fields but If we are required to check that which field is blocked from which update then we have to look for each field 1-by-1. 

Marketo should append the block field update information as well when exporting all field details from Admin > Field Management.
