Is there a way of removing the association between a person in Marketo and the IP address? We have a contact in Marketo that Marketo thinks is at our company's IP address (I suspect a sales person filled in a form on behalf of a contact and so it is now tracking the sales person as if they are the contact). Is there any way of cleaning this up?

IP addresses aren't actually involved here. Cookies are set in the browser (and travel with the browser) across IPs. What you're seeing is an associated Munchkin cookie based on earlier engagement.
There's no way to return a Munchkin cookie to completely anonymous, unfortunately. If you know who the associated lead is supposed to be, you can use the API to reassociate future web activities with that lead. There's no way to do this via UI.
