Can someone provide the explanation for this question ? thanks.

The 10% is split 50/50 for A/B test. Once the winner is determined, then that is the version that will be sent to the 90%. None of those other statements were true.

I just took the sample practice test shown in the screenshot but have not received the score or correct answers to go over. Can someone please post or share with me? Thank you

The key is in the phrase "the email". 10% of your audience will receive the A/B test and therefore half of that group will receive Email A and the other half Email B. So saying all of them will receive "the email" is inaccurate.
