Question

{{member.webinar url}} token went to back-up page for recent webinar

We utilize Webex as a launchpoint partner for webinars. The integration is active, but for our event yesterday, a large number of our members said that the unique links (populated with the {{member.webinar url}} token) in their confirmation emails did not work at the time of the event. It took them to the back-up page.

One member provided the error link and it contained: EventPasswordMissing

An event password was not required for the event, not sure if that's the same thing being asked here, but wanted to note that.

Has anyone experienced this issue or have any guidance on why this occurred?

Hi Stephanie,

It looks like according to this article Webex might have made some changes on their end to enforce passwords and the last I know in Marketo, registration passwords are currently not supported using the Marketo-WebEx integration. Additionally, according to this discussion board  you cannot disable the required password setting.
