Hi,

I was preparing via a practice test and came across this question.

Is a 12-hour duration not adequate when we implement a head start? Is the usage of word worldwide causing complexity in this regard?

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/email-programs/email-program-actions/head-start-for-email-can coinprograms#:~:text=Our%20existing%20Head%20Start%20feature,UTC%20%2B14%3A00).

What other questions could arise regarding the topic of head start?

Thanks,

Suneetha

Hi Suneetha! If you read the question closely, you'll see that they are asking about Head Start with Recipient Time Zone.

So if you go to the Experience League article you linked and scroll down to the Head Start with Recipient Time Zone section, you'll see that it does take 34 hours.

Hey everyone,

I'm Lisa. I've been with Druva for 2.5 years and have around 8 years of experience with Marketo. I'm really excited to join this program because I feel stuck doing campaigns and want to learn more. Sometimes, it gets overwhelming when people talk about more advanced stuff, and I feel a bit lost. I do want to gain knowledge on how to build a better lifecycle and better know the instance. I'm grateful for this opportunity.

Alysha, I'm super excited to have you as my mentor! I've seen you in a few webinars and can't wait to learn from you.

Hi everyone! Excited to get started here!

Before we kick-off, I would love learn more about each of you. Feel free to share some details and then answer the following questions:

  • How long have you been using Marketo?
  • How do use Marketo in your current role/previous roles?
  • What areas of Marketo are you most comfortable with?
  • What areas of Marketo are you least comfortable with?

Hi Alysha,

I'm Suneetha, with about 14 years of experience in Marketing operations ( including lead generation, email marketing, campaign management, and database management, among others.)

For the past 5 to 6 years, I've been proficient in using Marketo.

To address your questions:

  • How long have you been using Marketo?
Ans: As previously mentioned, I've been using it for the past 5 to 6 years.

  • How do you use Marketo in your current role/previous roles?
    Mainly for campaign management.

  • What areas of Marketo are you most comfortable with?
I'm most at ease with Marketing Activities, Design Studio (particularly forms and asset uploads), Database (for segmentation), and while I'm not entirely familiar with Admin, I am comfortable with it to some extent.

  • What areas of Marketo are you least comfortable with?
Could you please specify a few areas, and I'll address them accordingly?

Hope this provides more insight.

Cheers,

Suneetha
