We allow multiple form submission for a form. However, we want to trigger a warning email when the form is submitted the 2nd and 2+ times. What's the field/trigger I can use for this case? Thanks!

You can set up a triggered smart campaign by dragging your fills out form filter and add a constraint --> Minimum number of times (enter a number like 2 if you want an action to be taken after that particular form has been filled out twice). Then send an notification like an email in the flow.
