migrating a Program field to Lead field

We are working with an Event Platform for our conference and in the integration set up, we had to create Fields at the Program where we would ingest the Unique URL for the event.  

To view and make sure that these fields are populating, one of our Marketing Ops has to look at the program level and the Members tab (see screen grab below). he would like to create a Smart list with a view of these fields but these fields are not available.  

I tried to create mirrored fields at the Member level and then a Change Data Value to update these fields, but it did not work.  I am getting a message that these fields can not be found. 

Any suggestions?
