Missing form field entry

@emilyjwalters, apart from ensuring form updates are approved. I'd also make sure that the landing page that this form is also approved - updating the form needs to be reapproving the landing page to reflect the changes (if the form is added via the form element and not the embed JS). Moreover, do you have any visibility rules on that field that might be hiding this/showing the rest of the values? Lastly, if this field is mapped with a Salesforce picklist field, then you'd have to manually add any new values (added in Salesforce) to the existing forms where this field is being used as the Select field once those new values sync over to Marketo.

By "in the list" you mean the list of values in your select type field in your form editor?

Is the form approved? Is the form embedded (as that might take 10 minutes to be seen on the live page)? Is the form you're looking at in the editor really the one that you see live (might be worth checking the form IDs)?
