Missing SFDC Campaign Sync and Trigger Constraints via Token to be Able to Scale Program Creation via API and CSV

Am I missing something?

 

I am able to clone programs, set tokens, automate most everything via the Marketo API and a CSV.

 

However, there are two steps missing that I can't figure out how to pull in via the Marketo API:

1. set the name of the SFDC campaign to sync the Marketo program to

2. set the URL of the global form fill trigger as a constraint in a token

 

I would prefer to not spend the 1-2 minute per 200 programs to do this manually.

Does anyone know how to add these 2 pieces of missing program information via the Marketo API?
Is this possible?

You can’t bind the SFDC Campaign nor alter the Smart List rule, unfortunately.
