Model Performance Report vs Program Revenue Stage Report

I'm trying to compare total numbers/stage between two different RCE reports: Model Performance & Program Revenue Stage.

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two and specifically whether I should be able to tie the numbers together? We've been using Program Revenue Stage and I wanted to start using Model Performance (in order to use the Field Groupings) but the conversion numbers are very different between these two reports.
