Modules, variables, drag and drop modules, reoder modules in the email nothing is working

so i can't get anything to work. variables do not show up but global variable do. editable regions are not able to edit, modules show but do not show images. change the order in the email does not work "dragging the module up or down to change position".

Hi Terry,

I've just imported this to a Marketo account and it seem to be working fine. Are you sure you are importing and using it correctly?

You need to

1) Save as an email template in Design Studio

2) Create an email in Marketing Activities that is using the template

 

If you simply create an email and insert the code, the variables and modules will not work properly.

yes i am currently doing it the corred way i have switched browsers a now i am getting the module images showing up but can not click in the email for editable regions

@justin_cooperm2  had a post on something similar.

 

@sanfordwhiteman  know of any good documentation/ blogs on this? Something that's missing from here? https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Email+Template+Syntax
