Move Static List members to another static list

Hi Team,

We have two static lists A & B. I need to move few of the recipient/lead records from list A to list B. Can anyone please let me know how I could do this. Thank you in advance.

Two possible ways really:

Set up a quick smart campaign with their email addresses in the smart list and two flow steps for adding to list A and removing from list B (or vice versa of course).
Going to your list where they currently are, selecting the people involved and manually selecting the Add to List / Remove from list steps under Person Actions.

I would say if it is more than a handful go for option 1.
