Moving folders into programs

I've just created a long list of folders/sub-folders for a nurture program, and realised I've done this before creating my engagement program. I thought it would be a simple drag and drop of the folders created into the program but this doesn't seem to work. Is there a quick way to move these across so they sit under the engagement program without having to delete and add all again?
