MS Dynamics connection issues: profile error

Hi MS Dynamics Specialists,

We are setting up a sandbox connection in a MS Dynamics environment. The solutions have been installed and the user has been granted the role.

And yet, the test process shows that this does not seem to be the case:

Issue has been resolved. That was a IP routing issue.
