MSI Outlook Plugin - How do I choose which emails Marketo Logs

I installed MSI for Outlook and everything works, but when I send an email now every time the only option I have is to send with Marketo. 

How do I get the regular send button back so it does not log in Marketo everytime. There are some emails I send internally that I don't want being logged or creating new leads. 

Is there a way to pick and choose which emails get logged?
