MSI Outlook Plugin not tracking activity across multiple contacts

We are using the MSI Outlook Plugin for our sales team but they would like to send to multiple emails in the BCC field. When we do a test to multiple people, Salesforce is only tracking the activity from the first recipient.

 

Is it possible to have Salesforce track activity from all recipients?

Just to clarify - it is not Salesforce that is tracking the activity but Marketo is tracking the activity and pushing it in MSI.

Secondly, if you are using the MSI (send and track) functionality for Outlook, and you are sending the email to multiple recipients. Marketo will only ever track the first recipient.

 

An option would be to send these emails via the MSI plugin in Salesforce? You could create templates which the sales reps can use to deliver their comms

Appreciate the response, Floyd! It is a bummer the MSI Outlook Plugin can only track the first recipient, but it is what it is. We have begun to explore the MSI Plugin for SF and it looks like a much better solution for us as it is tracking activity from all recipients.
