MSI seemingly not syncing to SFDC

Marketo is not syncing with any lead or contact in SFDC. Interesting Moments, Web Activity, Score and Email are not displaying.

Has anyone experienced this and/or know of a resolution?

Thanks

After updating the sync (API) user and then further updating the MSI password, I was able to get it working.

It did require a SFDC full admin to update the MSI configuration FYI.

We just ran in to this same error and discovered that the special character in the API Secret is what was throwing the error and blocking the sync. Another thing to try if you have this issue. Removing the special character in the secret did the trick.

This is weird.

Can you access the Marketo Sales <insight Config tab in which the MSI connection is established? It lloks like this:

Check the version number (1.4359), make sure the green tickbox appears on the top and reneter the API secretKey and press "save change".

The API secret key is defined in Marketo -> Admin -> sales insight.

Also, sorry for asking the obvious, but are your sure the lead exists in Marketo? You might be looking at a duplicate for instance.

If all this is working and you still do not get info, then this is for support

@Grégoire Michel

I have no version number on my Sales Insight inside MKTO Admin.

I found it Greg.. Updated the secret key.

On with support, but no luck with views yet.

Discovered this error while fishing in SFDC.

Thoughts?
