MSI Stars and Flames on Account and Opportunity Object

We have installed MSI on our sandbox environment. We do not have any issues on the lead and contact object to display the information, however on the Account and Opportunity object, although we can see the email, web, interesting moments and score change, the stars and flames are not lighting up. Any ideas what might be causing this?

The visualforce section for MSI on the Account and Opportunity page layouts do not include Stars and Flames.  Only individual Leads and Contacts have values.
