I've followed the instructions for this community discussion (https://community.marketo.com/MarketoIdeaDetail?id=08750000000HNQVAA4) which pointed me to this article on how to create multi select check box: test.hollebone.ca/marketo-form-convert-multi-picklist-to-checkboxes-with-jquery.

I've followed the instructions, but I'm not able to submit the form. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Link to test page: http://go.appsense.com/MarciaTest_webinarpage1.html.

You seem to have some Javascript errors from other things on the page. Might be worth looking into that as a starting point.

Did anyone ever find a solution to convert a multi-select box to checkboxes?

I would like to access the article on test.hollebone.ca/marketo-form-convert-multi-picklist-to-checkboxes-with-jquery. as I'm trying to create checkboxes for a multiselect list. The page will not load for me...can anyone provide those instructions? Thank you.
